WOD: Core Finisher

After a workout don't forget to work that core!! The core is so important as it trains your muscles in the lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work in sync. You in turn will have better balance and stability.

4 Sets of 25 Reps

  • Elbow Planks with Side Knees

  • Plank Push Ups

  • In Out Legs

  • Bridge Crunches
