The Warm Up and start of your workout is so important... Don't skip this step!!! Get your workout started with these simple moves to get the blood flowing and heart rate rising...

WARM UP

  • 60 seconds each move

  • Boxer Shuffle

  • Walking Plank Shoulder Taps

  • Partial Squat Toe Touches

  • Jumping Jacks

Warm-up is low-level activity, which should be completed prior to stretching and more strenuous exercise. The objective of the warm-up is to raise total body temperature and muscle temperature to prepare the entire body for vigorous activity. This helps to prevent injury.
