Sit on knees individual ropes

Side to side ropes over knees

Bicycle, band around feet and lift rope

Sit up with rope up the middle

(3) Sets of 20 to 45 seconds

Knees on bosu ball, core tight!

Slams and individual movements

(3) Sets at 15-60 seconds
