Warm Up:

30 seconds High Knees

30 seconds Butt Kicks

30 seconds Jumping Jacks

Repeat 3xs

Cardio:

20 mins sprint/jog/walk on treadmill

20 mins stepper

Full Body Circuit

1- Jump Rope

2- Agility Ladder In and Outs

3- Agility Ladder Squat Jumps

3- Plank Arm Row

4- Side Lunges Weighted

5- In Out Abs

Repeat 3xs @ minimum 20 seconds each

Final Push:

8 jump squats 8 push-ups back to back

Repeat back to back 4xs
