Use Measurements Over Scale

Health is a lifestyle change not a fad or diet!

Use measurements to help see progress not just a scale.

Update measurements every 2-3 weeks for progress updates! You will reach your goals. I prefer measuring over the scale because every body is different in breaking down fat and building muscle.

The scale can become frustrating, but measurements help to visual see the progress.

See below on how to take your own measurements.
