Think Health: 5 Week Fitness & Meal Plan
I'm so excited to announce the no equipment needed, Think Health 5 Week Fitness & Suggested Meal Plan is set to launch July 18, 2017!
The plan will include a suggested meal plan with substitutes of veggies, fruits and proteins depending on your likes, dislikes or dietary restrictions.
Also included is unlimited access to the program once purchased, a timer for each workout, videos, modifications of moves, access to me for any questions you may have and easy access right from your phone or computer.
