TODAY'S WORKOUT: CORE

WARM UP - 60 seconds each

  • Jump Rope

  • Heisman

  • Jumping Jacks

30 MINS - ArcStepper

  • (1 min fast/1 min reg pace)

15 MINS - Treadmill

  • (1 min run/1 min walk)

AGILITY LADDER X 4

  • In & Outs

  • Twists

  • Resistance Band Jump Squats

CORE CIRCUIT

3 Sets - 20 Reps

Rest :30 seconds between rounds

  • Dumbbell Crunch Up

  • Bear Crawl Shoulder Tap

  • Plank Dips

  • Shin Slaps

  • Crab Extension

FINAL PUSH

4 sets - 8 reps

  • Jump Squats to Push Ups

COOL DOWN

  • 3-5 mins stretch
