  • Butt Kicks

30 MINS - ArcStepper

  • (1 min fast/1 min reg pace)

AIR SQUATS

  • 4 sets - 10 reps

30 MINS - Treadmill

  • 4.0 or higher + Incline 5 or higher

AGILITY LADDER X 10

  • In & Outs

  • Twists

BOSU BURPEES

  • 4 sets - 10 reps

COOL DOWN

  • 3-5 mins stretch
