TODAY'S WORKOUT - LOWER BODY CIRCUIT

Warm Up (60 seconds each)

Jump Rope

Butt Kicks

Jumping Jacks

30 secs ON - 30 secs OFF

  • Squats

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Squat Jumps (Modifications Shown After Original)

  • Plank Jacks

  • Plank Bird/Dog (Modification Shown After Original)

  • In Out Planks

  • Frog Squats

Rest 2 minutes

REPEAT X 3

Cool Down

  • Walk and Stretch 3-5 minutes
