TODAY'S WORKOUT - OUTDOOR CARDIO

Warm Up (30 seconds each)

  • Toe Touches

  • Standing Mountain Climbers

  • Jumping Jacks

Cardio Circuit

  • Sprint/Back Peddle (x5)

30 sec break

  • Jump Rope (60 seconds)

30 sec break

  • Side to Side Moving Squat (x15 each side)

30 sec break

  • High Knees (60 seconds)

30 sec break

  • Agility Ladder In Out Shuffle (x5)

Rest 2 minutes

REPEAT X 5

Cool Down

  • 2-5 min Stretch
