Workout of the Day - Full Body


Warm Up:

  • 30 seconds High Knees

  • 30 seconds Butt Kicks

  • 30 seconds Jumping Jacks

Repeat 3xs

Cardio:

  • 20 mins sprint/jog/walk on treadmill

  • 20 mins stepper

Full Body Circuit

  • Jump Rope

  • Agility Ladder In and Outs

  • Agility Ladder Squat Jumps

  • Plank Arm Row

  • Side Lunges Weighted

  • In Out Abs

Repeat 3xs @ minimum 20 seconds each

Final Push:

  • 8 jump squats 8 push-ups back to back

Repeat back to back 4xs
