30 seconds Jumping Jacks
Repeat 3xs
Cardio:
20 mins sprint/jog/walk on treadmill
20 mins stepper
Full Body Circuit
Jump Rope
Agility Ladder In and Outs
Agility Ladder Squat Jumps
Plank Arm Row
Side Lunges Weighted
In Out Abs
Repeat 3xs @ minimum 20 seconds each
Final Push:
8 jump squats 8 push-ups back to back
Repeat back to back 4xs
