Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail

If you currently have a bottle of apple cider vinegar on your counter, start making the most of its weight-loss and immunity-boosting powers with this simple drink. This refreshing and energizing drink will help keep you healthy and on track. Using flat water will give you a taste just like the original, but using sparkling water adds a more cocktail feel.


  • 2 cups water, flat or sparkling

  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon honey


Combine all the ingredients together in a tall glass and mix until the honey is completely dissolved.

Enjoy immediately with a few ice cubes.
