Modified Burpee & More

Certain workouts I have to modify due to bad knees or I'm just not at that level. I never was discouraged to figure out that modification to get to the level of doing the actual workout. Believe me there is a modification for just about everything. Form is so much more important to help reach your goals of transformation.

Shaun T, one of my fav workout guru's posted this modification video yesterday. I thought this would be helpful for some of my followers who ask me to show them modifications due to strength, bad knees, low impact etc.

These modifications will get the job done and to build you up to the next level workout. I can't stress this enough, safety and form is the most important part of working out. If you don't have proper form this can create injury.
