I've had a few people ask about booty workouts. There is no such thing as spot training, BUT you can work those areas more frequently to help get the desired shape. Remember, no body is the same so just because that person's body looks like something you would like, does not mean your body can look the same. There is this thing called genetics!
Check out a great workout video from Ask Cristie below I often use as part of my workout. You can use the resistance bands (thanks to the wonderful Bradshaw's and Team TrainHard, I'm hooked to the BForce Brand) of you can do them without. Start slow as form is important!
