Exercise Makes You Happy

There are so many times I say to myself, "Nooooo I don't wannnaaaa goooo." I get to the gym and have a kick ass workout. I feel so much happier when I'm finished. once I get started it's an adrenaline rush and my body never says it feels bad after a good workout. Feelings good after a workout just brings a smile to my face. And in the words of Buddy the Elf, "Smiling, smiling's my favorite!"

If you're feeling stressed, anxious, unhappy, or just plain bad, exercise can often be the answer. Being happy is all about improving your circulation. When you need to channel your inner happiness after a stressful day what better way to do that then by making your body feel good!

Nobody ever says, 'I'm so sad I went to go work out.' They say, 'I did it!'
