New Year, New Goals

Happy New Year everyone. I'm so happy to continue to share my journey with you and begin to share and help others in their journey as soon as I'm certified. As 2016 closed and 2017 has just began I'm excited to continue my healthy lifestyle journey. I've had so many health wins in 2016 and I am looking forward to so many more in 2017.

It is time to set your goals for the year. I suggest weekly, monthly and yearly goals. You can add goals and accomplishments throughout the year so don't ever limit yourself.

My favorite thing to do in January is a vision board. I make a vision board that is filled with personal, health, business, family and finances. This is a visual of what I want and my goals. As I accomplish them I cross them off. Last year I accomplished so many of my goals I couldn't be happier. This year I will be joining a group of ladies in Atlanta on Saturday to make my 2017 vision board! I'll be sure to post about my experience and wonderful empowering ladies I meet.

I'm not one on the new year, new me. I feel you will always be you but what can you do to better yourself. Without growth you have no progress. You should never wanna be the same person, but just a better version of you!

Keep growing, striving and accomplishing all your goals and dreams. If anyone tells you you can't do something, PROVE THEM WRONG!
