How To Get A Flat Tummy...
I hate to break the bad news, but there is no such thing as "spot training." You can do a million sit ups, crunches and core exercises, but that will not get you rock hard abs. Those exercises will strengthen your core and back, but not produce abs if you have that stubborn belly fat on top.
I'm so very sorry to break the second part of the bad news, but there is no product, waist trainer, magic pill and/or wrap that is going to get rid of your stubborn belly fat. I know, I know those infomercials and sales consultants can be soooooo convincing, but the truth is it's all about diet and exercise.
When it comes to what I like to call, "Ugh" belly fat, the first way to start reducing it is by updating those eating habits.
What you are putting into your body is just as important as exercise. Have you heard that phrase, "Abs are made in the kitchen," it is the truth.
Once you change up your eating habits combined with some great core exercise such as planks in all sorts of variations and cardio you will start to notice changes in your mid-section (and all over your body.) Now, this is not overnight and will be a process. I suggest taking before and after photos to help notice the changes!
Ab exercises are great for strengthening your core and back. Cardio workouts throughout the week are the most effective way to reduce fat that has accumulated on the body. Good luck! :)
