Modified Push Ups For Cardio Circuits
Not everyone is at the same fitness level.
To even get up to take the time to workout daily is a battle in itself.
My upper body is not as strong as my lower body. I’m working to improve my upper body all the time and my trainer (shameless plug - Team Train Hard!) is pushing me - This video is circa last year.
This modified version video below I am on my knees, but my feet are crossed. I also will do more reps at the modified version to hopefully get to the next level full body push ups in the near future.
REMEMBER: Form of your workout is so much more important than “how many.”
