Recipe: Low Carb, Low Sugar Cookies…

Cookies, cookies, cookies!!! Here is a great recipe for low carb, low sugar cookies.

What you need:

  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed

  • 1 cup ground almond

  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (do not use regular peanut butter)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoon chocolate or caramel extract

Heat oven to 375 degrees and lightly spray baking sheets with cooking spray.

Mix all of the dry ingredients together.

Mix all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet.

Drop dough on sprayed baking sheets.

Bake 8-10 minutes in oven until browned.

Remove baking sheet from oven and let sit for 1 minute before moving to cooling rack.

Cool completely and then enjoy!
