Drink MORE Water Challenge!

I know it is soooo much easier to grab that coke, pepsi or koolaid in the summer heat BUT stop and grab a bottle of water instead.

Water has so many wonderful benefits and all of those sugar drinks EVEN the ‘diet’ ones are NOT good for you. I understand giving them up completely isn’t the easiest. Try REDUCING your intake on soda and other drinks. Use those as rewards not as first choices.

There are so many benefits of drinking water and you want to stay hydrated daily. Try the 2 gallon challenge to drink daily. After a week or so you will start to feel so much better. Drinking enough water daily also keeps you feeling full and you will want to snack less and less.
