I know it is soooo much easier to grab that coke, pepsi or koolaid in the summer heat BUT stop and grab a bottle of water instead.

Water has so many wonderful benefits and all of those sugar drinks EVEN the ‘diet’ ones are NOT good for you.  I understand giving them up...
